Designed and fabricated a large-scale audio-visual and interactive sculpture.

From the outside the sculpture is a "wizard's hat" that the user stands underneath and looks up inside.

Inside the sculpture is a large kaleidoscope with programmable light show which provides an immesive experience for spectators underneath.

Modelled structure using SolidWorks and used FEA to determine weight constraints and stress points.

Communicated with the metal shop via CAD drawings following DFMA principles.

Assembled the structure using a MIG welder.

Soldered circuitry and programmed LED animations.

Used angle-grinders, glass cutter, powers tools and etching chemicals.

The sculpture has been displayed at several large festivals.
